Baubles
All baubles are packaged securely in a box that does not allow them to move during transit. This box is then bubble wrapped and placed inside a mailing box to ensure safe delivery. You also have the option of purchasing individual gift boxes. On the very rare occasion your bauble arrives broken, please send us photos, your name, order number and photographic evidence to support@artisanornaments.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and we will happily issue a replacement.

All other items will be sent in a mailing box and bubble-wrapped if necessary.

Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched within the following timeframes after your order is placed, due to the time it takes to personalize our products by hand:
October: 5 business days
November: 3 business days
December 1st – 22nd: 2 business days
For all other times, orders are dispatched within 10 business days after your order is placed. From there on shipping times are dependent on Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping
We offer free express shipping on all orders that include at least one bauble or stocking. Please note that we are unable to offer free express shipping on any overseas orders or any corporate or bulk orders.
Buying for Overseas?
We offer international shipping for $19.95 for our New Zealand friends and $29.29 for our international friends (Excludes/bulky orders), however since shipping times vary so much based on destination and time of year, we cannot make guarantees about transit and delivery times.
