We offer a service where we can print your businesses logo onto our baubles and then have them personalised with the name and the year. This is a wonderful bespoke gift to provide your employees at the end of the year. Each bauble will come individually packaged.

FAQ

Which designs can be printed on?

For orders with a logo and a name, you will need to select a plain bauble in order to have enough room for both items. Please see our selection of medium plain baubles and large plain baubles.

What colour bauble should I choose?

This is largely up to you to decide; however, we recommend choosing a colour which will make your logo stand out. If you would like some advice, please feel free to get in touch with us at support@artisanornaments.com.au

Where are the logos and personalised names placed?

The logo will be printed on one side and the name will be personalised on the opposite side.

What is the turnaround time for an order?

The turnaround time largely depends on the quantity of baubles being ordered and where they are being shipped, however we will strive to have the order delivered within 2 and a half weeks.

How will the baubles come packaged?

All the baubles will come individually packaged in a gift box.

Can I add any bows or ribbons to the order?

Can I receive a sample before I put in an order?

Yes, however you will need to pay for the initial setup cost. If you are satisfied with the quality and do end up putting in an order, we will deduct the setup cost on the rest of the order.

Can I receive a bag to provide the personalised baubles in?

Yes! Please just let us know when you put in the order and we will provide them free of charge.

What do you need from me?

All we need is your logo supplied as Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator ESP, AI, or PDF format. If you are unsure about how to provide this format, please email us and we will be happy to help you.

How much does shipping cost?

For our custom logo orders, we offer Australia-wide free shipping.

What happens if I receive a broken bauble?

We create a few surplus baubles on every order in case any are broken when delivered. If this is the case, we will replace the broken bauble(s) free of charge. We’d like to stress that breakages are very uncommon.

What if my logo is made up of more than 4 colours?

Unfortunately, we are unable to print logos with more than 4 colours at the current time.

Do I have to pay the setup cost if I have already ordered custom printed baubles from you before?

Assuming you are having the same logo printed, the setup cost does not need to be paid again, however there is a charge as we have to retool our machinery for each new order. The cost is $40 for logos with 1 colour, $70 for two colours, $100 for 3 colours and $130 for 4 colours.
