Will it arrive by Christmas?

Yes — through December (1st–22nd) we dispatch personalised orders within 2 business days, then Australia Post delivers, so ordering by mid-December comfortably makes Christmas. We letter every piece by hand and December fills up, so the earlier the better.

Dispatch times

Because every order is personalised by hand, we dispatch within: October — 5 business days · November — 3 business days · 1–22 December — 2 business days. Outside the season, within 10 business days.

Free express shipping

Free express on all orders over $89. Under that it's a $9 flat rate (excludes bulky/custom orders) — and we upgrade every parcel to express on us: you pay regular, we cover the difference.

Arrives safely

Your ornament ships snug in protective packaging, bubble-wrapped inside a sturdy mailing box so it can't move in transit.

International shipping is $19.95 to New Zealand and $29.29 elsewhere.

We double-check every name. Your spelling is checked against your order before anything is painted. If we ever make a mistake, we remake it and send a replacement free — just email a photo to support@artisanornaments.com.au.

Change of mind: because each piece is hand-personalised just for you, we can't accept change-of-mind returns — but the craftsmanship is guaranteed. If you're ever unhappy with the quality, we'll make it right.

Arrived broken? Send a photo, your name and order number to support@artisanornaments.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it straight away.
